This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Retrogara. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Order Processing and Quality Check

All orders are subject to a quality inspection before shipment to ensure that products meet our standards.

The quality check and order preparation process typically takes 3–5 business days. Once your order has successfully completed this process and has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Time – United States

For orders shipped within the United States, the estimated delivery time is typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.

3. Estimated Shipping Time – International

For international orders, the estimated delivery time is typically 10–19 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country.

International delivery times may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • destination country and region
  • customs clearance procedures
  • local carrier operations
  • peak holiday demand
  • weather conditions
  • public health events
  • other unforeseen transportation delays

Shipping time is calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your shipment online.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Worldwide Shipping

Retrogara ships to more than 100 countries worldwide. Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping destination and will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

6. Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, all delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, public health disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
